Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Palm Harbor, FL. As a Sales Manager at B2 Micro Technologies, you will oversee and drive sales activities, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage relationships with existing and potential clients. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, mentoring and leading team members, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth. You will play a vital role in expanding the company’s client base and strengthening its presence in the electronics distribution industry.

Qualifications

Proven sales skills, including successful experience in sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to train and motivate sales teams effectively.

Market analysis and business development skills, including identifying trends and expanding client relationships.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.

Experience in the electronic component distribution industry or related field is highly beneficial.

Solid negotiation and problem-solving abilities to address customer needs and secure contracts.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.

Commitment to work on-site in Palm Harbor, FL, with occasional travel if required.
