What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
Assist customers with completing purchases and provide post-order support
Engage customers with probing questions to identify needs
Persuade customers to purchase additional products and/or services
Maintain knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones and computers
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 6 months of soft sales experience (upselling or telemarketing)
High school diploma or GED
Strong focus on building customer relationships
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and computer navigation
Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
Eagerness to learn new technologies
Experience in customer service or sales environments
