Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site position for an Inside Sales Representative based in St. Louis, MO. The Inside Sales Representative will handle day‑to‑day tasks such as managing client accounts, generating leads, and providing top‑quality customer service. The role involves identifying customer needs, preparing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the representative will collaborate with the sales team to achieve company revenue goals and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management
Strong focus on Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
Proficient in CRM software and general knowledge of sales processes
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Experience in the steel or related industries is a plus
