Job Description Promote and grow company products in the Houston market with strong potential for expansion across retail and online channels. The role focuses on sales growth, professional representation, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and expand
HNB tobacco products (for one of our clients)
and
wellness products
in the Houston market
Represent the company professionally in retail and distribution environments.
Visit stores, shops, and distributors for product introduction and relationship building.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and staff.
Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and availability.
Support and manage online
sales activities , including coordination with internal teams to drive digital sales growth.
Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.
Required Qualification Competence Criteria
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales field, retail promotions, or FMCG distribution
Communication, presentation, and rapport-building skills
Self-motivated, persuasive, and results-oriented
Familiarity with the Houston retail market is a plus
Expertise in excel and capability to market online sales
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Compensation
Base salary:
$55,000 – $75,000 annually
Performance-based bonuses:
$25,000 – $50,000
