The Sales Specialist will focus on building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable vehicle options. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and staying informed about product offerings. The role also involves assisting with customer inquiries, completing sales transactions, and supporting the broader dealership team.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
Proven Sales experience, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Experience in Sales Management and Training to enhance individual and team performance
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Knowledge of automotive products and dealership operations is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or related fields is an advantage
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
