We are looking for individuals to fulfill the following positions: Sales Representatives with Gillman Honda in 59 South and Beltway 8, Houston, Texas.
Key Accountability Areas
Input all clients in client management system
Follow proven sales process
Ensure a superior client experience
Follow up with all sold and unsold clients
Participate in continuous employee training
Compensation Plan: Commission based, Customer Satisfaction bonuses, Unit Volume bonuses, Paid training, Finance commissions.
Requirements
Desire to make more money than you ever thought possible.
Valid Texas driver’s license
Must be eligible to work in the US
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include extensive criminal background check, MVR, and drug test
Motivated to go above and beyond the minimum standard
Automotive and/or military experience a plus
