Executive Personal Assistant to CEO, Growing Consumer Footwear and Apparel Company, Middlesex County, Mass.
A rapidly growing footwear and apparel company is seeking an Executive Assistant to serve as a true strategic partner and trusted “right hand” to the CEO. This is not a traditional administrative position, but a high-impact, relationship-driven role designed to amplify the CEO’s effectiveness, focus, and decision-making capacity. The Assistant will operate as a force multiplier allowing the CEO to focus on the growing business. The culture of the firm is relaxed, family-like and down-to-earth but busy!

About the Job Trusted Partner & Strategic Support Act as a strategic thought partner and operational extension of the CEO
Anticipate needs and remove friction before challenges surface
Prepare comprehensive daily briefings, research, and meeting context to ensure the CEO is fully informed and prepared
Serve as a trusted voice of the CEO to manage communications and relationships autonomously
Time, Energy & Focus Management Manage a complex, high-volume calendar across multiple time zones making sure the CEO has time between meetings
Prioritize engagements and protect time for strategic thinking
Audit time usage and continuously optimize focus and productivity
Travel & Logistics Leadership Handle domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, personal and professional
Communication & Relationship Management Serve as primary liaison and filter for internal and external stakeholders including the Board of Directors
Draft and manage correspondence with polish and clarity for the CEO
Personal High-Touch Support Manage personal logistics including errands and any personal ad hoc projects with a “no job too small” attitude
Help plan events and manage appearances, private events, and special projects
Information Flow & Execution Track commitments, decisions, and follow-through to ensure accountability
Lead special projects from concept through completion
Close loops independently and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
About You 7+ years supporting a C-suite executives in fast-paced, high-growth environments such as startups, VC//PE firms or Tech firms
High agency with a “no task too small, no task too big” mindset
Strong project management capability and ability to independently drive outcomes
Expert proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools (Asana, Monday, or similar)
Comfortable leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
Impeccable discretion and trusted with highly sensitive information
High emotional intelligence and the ability to read the room instinctively
Calm and steady under pressure
Deeply organized, detail-oriented and proactive
Genuine interest in the business and understanding the “why” behind priorities
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
