We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator & Sales Consultant to be the face of our business development.

Total Compensation: A strong base salary ($75k-$85k) plus a lucrative year-end performance bonus.

What You Will Do:
The Math: Review project plans, specs, and site conditions to develop highly accurate cost estimates for marine construction projects.
The Sales: Meet directly with clients to consult on their needs, present proposals, and close the deal.
The Execution: Coordinate seamlessly with our project managers and field crews to ensure what you sold can be built safely and profitably.
The Pipeline: Track your leads, manage contract documentation, and handle change orders throughout the project lifecycle.
What We Need From You:
10+ Years Experience: Proven background in construction estimating, sales, or related construction management. (Marine construction experience is a massive plus, but strong general construction/civil estimating translates well).
The Details: You take pride in accurate spreadsheets, tight numbers, and professional proposals.
Client-Facing Polish: You are a confident communicator who can explain complex construction concepts to both homeowners and commercial developers.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with estimating software, CRM tools, and standard office programs.
