Job Overview
As a member of the Inside Sales Team, the Inside Sales Representative is primarily responsible for four key functions: inbound sales calls, ensuring proper match of the products customers are buying, building sound customer relationships, and sales follow‑up calls. Location/Hours The Inside Sales Rep works onsite at our Jasper, IN or Peachtree City, GA facility. Training will be at our Jasper facility for 4‑6 weeks from 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM Eastern. After training, you will start in a shift from 9:15 AM–6:00 PM Eastern, Monday‑Friday. You will also be assigned periodic Saturday shifts from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM EST (approximately every 10‑12 weeks) and one late shift day per week, 10:30 AM–7:15 PM or 11:15 AM–8:00 PM Eastern.

What you’ll do and learn will include, but is not limited to:
Complete our product and sales training program
Build & maintain relationships with customers
Handle inbound sales calls, identify customer needs, and convert inquiries into successful sales
Make proper match of products to customer needs and provide accurate verbal & written quotes
Make follow‑up calls to customers
Troubleshoot customer concerns
What it takes:
Driven and capable to operate in a high-energy, fast‑pace environment
Experience in the automotive industry preferred but not required
Specialization in car restoration and performance products preferred but not required
Ability to learn and utilize multiple computer programs
