Sales Support Coordinator ($45,000 - $60,000) Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Sales support (inside sales) – account representative will interact with the company's suppliers and customers in a professional and courteous manner to provide overall general support, mainly in documentation and clerical work.

Own the team’s reporting procedures and processes.

Review customer accounts receivable to ensure customers are paying within set payment terms and address and resolve customer invoicing issues or complaints in a timely manner.

Invoicing – daily review of supplier invoicing for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with suppliers and customers; process invoice information in SAP.

Review accounts payable records on a weekly basis and coordinate payment to suppliers; ensure/monitor credit lines for all customer businesses, especially when receiving new orders; inform team members of necessary renewal or change when needed.

Improve and streamline existing work processes (e.g., invoicing and credit control processes).

Prepare, coordinate and distribute shipping documents to brokers for product export; provide customers with additional documentation when requested.

Provide reports and statistical information to team members and other company units.

Maintain supplier/customer logs, records and documentation for proper retention in the computer system.

Provide general organizational assistance as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications of the Role Related experience (office work experience): minimum 7 years.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Some understanding of accounting (able to discuss with the accounting department).

Ability to define and solve problems including generating alternative solutions.

Attention to detail and accuracy in clerical work, review of own work required.

Ability to communicate and learn in a multi‑cultural/language environment.

PC familiarity including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office and other IT tools.

Education Minimum: Associate degree.

Interpersonal Skills

Strong communication and listening skills in an international environment.

Capacity to analyze project environments and deliver a pragmatic solution.

Thoroughness, rigor, and objective authority are essential character traits.

Capable of mobilizing resources and support from the various parts of the organization, and from outside (subcontractors).

Working Conditions Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, required to sit for extended periods of time while performing job duties, frequently operate standard office machines with hands and eyes.
