services industry , overseeing a diverse portfolio of several service brands across the United States. They are seeking a data-driven
Sales Operations Analyst
to step into a newly created role.
Currently, data management is decentralized across the organization. This is your chance to "own" the data, reporting directly to the
Chief Sales Officer
to streamline performance for a 50-person sales team and a high-volume call center environment.
Core Responsibilities
Performance Analytics:
Analyze sales metrics and trends across various regions, service lines, and brands to identify growth opportunities.
Dashboard Creation:
Build and maintain sophisticated
Tableau
dashboards to visualize KPIs, pipeline, and sales forecasts.
Operational Efficiency:
Monitor lead generation and conversion rates to uncover bottlenecks; collaborate with the Call Center Manager to enhance agent productivity.
Strategic Planning:
Partner with sales leadership on territory optimization and resource allocation.
Executive Reporting:
Prepare and present actionable, data-backed insights to the executive suite to drive high-level decision-making.
Candidate Requirements
Technical Expertise:
Expert-level Tableau skills are highly preferred.
Proficiency in CRM data extraction and Contact Center/CX analytics software is highly preferred.
Experience:
5+ years in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a sales operations role.
Industry Background:
Experience in Service-based industries (e.g., HVAC, Construction, Field Services, or Blue Collar services) is a major plus. Experience with multi-brand or multi-unit organizations is preferred over product-based retail.
Strategic Mindset:
Ability to act as an individual contributor who can not only manipulate data but interpret "the why" behind the trends.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
Hybrid Flexibility:
This role is based in Plano, TX. Candidates will start 100% on-site for the first 90 days to integrate with the team, transitioning to a 2/3 hybrid schedule thereafter.
Impact:
As a "net new" role, you have the autonomy to build the reporting structure from the ground up.
