Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outside Sales Specialist based in Weatherford, TX. The Outside Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients to deliver tailored solutions, providing high-quality customer service, and implementing Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs. Responsibilities include building relationships with new and existing accounts, managing customer needs, conducting training sessions, and supporting inventory management processes to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Qualifications
Strong sales and account management skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships Experience in customer service and field service, with a commitment to meeting client needs effectively Proficiency in providing training and demonstrating product value to clients Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid work environment Prior experience in sales or account management within the MRO or related industries is a plus Proficiency with inventory management processes and tools is beneficial
