Position Overview Edventure Promotions is seeking a driven Sales Hunter to identify and pursue new business opportunities for ILMPIL. This is a high-energy, results-oriented role for someone who thrives on the thrill of prospecting, opening doors, and closing deals with new clients who need strategic promotional marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities New Business Development
Proactively identify and research prospective clients across target industries
Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting
Initiate first contact with decision-makers and schedule discovery meetings
Develop and execute territory plans to maximize new client acquisition
Conduct compelling needs-based discovery conversations with prospects
Present ILMPI’s strategic approach to promotions, marketing, and demonstrate the value proposition
Work with the creative team to develop customized proposals that align our unique capabilities with client objectives
Navigate complex sales cycles and overcome objections to close new business
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly new business revenue targets
Relationship Building
Establish credibility and trust with C-suite executives and marketing decision-makers
Represent ILMPIL at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Collaborate with internal creative and strategy teams to develop winning proposals
Transition closed accounts smoothly to the account management team
Qualifications - Required
3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience with a track record of hunting new business
Demonstrated success in consultative selling.
Strong prospecting skills with the ability to generate own leads and opportunities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and resilient with high energy and drive
Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools like HubSpot
