Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site position as a Sales Account Manager, based in Monmouth County, NJ. The Sales Account Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, addressing customer needs, and delivering excellent service. Collaboration with internal teams to provide tailored solutions and meet sales objectives is a significant part of this role.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Communication to address customer needs effectively and professionally.
Experience in Lead Generation and outreach to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Ability to work on‑site collaboratively with team members and independently to meet sales targets and goals.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in the nutrition or healthcare industry is a plus but not required.
