We are seeking a motivated and competitive Inside Account Executive who wants to build a successful sales career in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This role is ideal for early-career sales professionals who enjoy winning business, developing skills through training and coaching, and earning uncapped commissions—all from an inside sales model.
As an Inside Account Executive, you will engage business owners and decision-makers primarily through phone, video, and digital outreach. You will own the full sales cycle while building long-term residual income and gaining valuable B2B sales experience within a growing global organization.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and engage new business customers through outbound calls, email, and digital outreach
Conduct consultative sales conversations with business owners and decision-makers
Identify shipping challenges and present customized, cost-saving logistics solutions
Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses and sales proposals
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through close, activation, and onboarding
Collaborate with operations and account management teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Train customers on InXpress’s proprietary shipping technology platform
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
Consistently work toward and achieve monthly sales goals
Qualifications
Sales, customer service, or call-center experience preferred; internships or related experience considered
Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed in sales
Coachable and open to feedback, training, and developmentComfortable communicating with customers via phone and video
Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required
