Key Accountabilities

Responsible for detailing and servicing all group business turned over from the team and provide administrative support to the Sales & Catering team.

Receive and filter all sales leads to the appropriate sales manager.

Plan event details and act as property liaison for planning and execution of meetings/events, including outlining of details and Banquet Event Orders

Manage the sale efforts between the sales department and catering to ensure proper utilization of function space to yield maximum revenue

Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all matters relating to TheQuail

General Requirements

Prior experience in event planning or event sales required

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred

Ability to efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision

Exceptional customer service with excellent communication
