Job Description The Sales Manager ensures that company sales goals are met or exceeded including achieving all key business metrics while following the California Closets policies and procedures. This role ensures that the Design Consultants are delivering on the California Closets standards of excellence with each and every customer. The Sales Manager also collaborates with the GM and Operations Team to make sure that the process flow is being followed and results in delivering a high standard of customer service at all touchpoints.
Must have the proven ability to manage a sales team of 10 plus individuals
A history of developing a team and increasing sales
This opportunity comes with a salary range of $95K-$100K with bonus potential

Duties And Responsibilities
Collaborate with GM to hire and retain top talent based on the budgeted number of Design Consultants.
Manage a team of Design Consultants ensuring all company revenue goals and key performance indicators are met or exceeded. Ensure the Design Team has the appropriate mix of company leads and personal marketing plan leads.
Performance management of underperformers while following guidelines to improve results including detailed documentation.
Collaborate with head office operations team on process flow and identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct monthly goal setting and reviews with all team members.
Work closely with the GM on a variety of initiatives including the creation of sales contests and incentive programs, a sustainable charitable strategy, and develop a sustainable trade business strategy.
Schedule and facilitate monthly Sales Meetings including coordination with guest speakers and head office personnel.
Analyze sales data and develop a strategy with GM to address areas of opportunity.
Ensure correct usage of CRM (dashboard) including quality of data entry, statuses, etc.
Review feedback through 5 Star and follow up on all negative responses with the customer and or Design Consultant, communicate findings to GM.
Qualifications
3 -5 years as a Sales Consultant or in a sales management role preferred.
Industry experience is a plus.
Proven sales coach and mentor.
Strong conflict resolution skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
Exceptional customer experience skills.
Experience with design fundamentals preferred.
Experience with CAD is a plus.
