Now Hiring: Service & Sales Representative (Route-Based) – Carbondale, Co
Auto-Chlor System has been serving the commercial food service industry for over 85 years, and we’re hiring a Service & Sales Representative to join our Carbondale team. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing, route‑based role supporting restaurants, kitchens, and commercial facilities. What You’ll Do
Visiting customers face‑to‑face and professionally representing Auto‑Chlor
Restocking chemical products and supplies
Performing preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers our customers lease from us
Troubleshooting basic mechanical issues (training provided)
Upselling products and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
Working in back‑of‑house kitchen environments that require bending, lifting, and physical activity

What You’ll Get
Anticipated annual earnings: $55,000–$65,000 ($27-30/hr. + guaranteed overtime + on‑call pay)
40–45 hours per week
Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM–3:30 PM)
On‑call responsibilities
Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, and vacation
Company vehicle, phone, tools, uniforms, and paid training
Requirements
Held a valid driver’s license for 3 years
Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical work throughout the day
Mechanical aptitude (training provided)
Strong customer service skills and professionalism
