Position Overview We're looking for an enthusiastic Wholesale Bridal Account Executive to serve as the face of Demetrios within an assigned territory (Midwest, South, Southeast, or Mountain West region). This role offers flexibility—work full‑time from our Orlando offices or operate remotely/hybrid from within your territory with periodic visits to our North American headquarters in Orlando. You'll be the vital connection between our brand and the bridal retailers who bring our gowns to brides on their most important day.
What You’ll Do
Territory Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for bridal retailers within your assigned region, building strong, lasting relationships that drive mutual success
Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share, maximize sample placement, and drive consistent reorder rates
Account Development: Identify and onboard new retail partners while nurturing existing accounts to achieve revenue goals
Sample Program Oversight: Manage the placement and rotation of sample gowns in retail locations, ensuring optimal presentation of our collections
Retailer Support: Conduct regular store visits throughout your territory to provide hands‑on support, training, and relationship building with retail partners
Event Representation: Attend and support trunk shows at retail locations, showcase collections at national bridal markets and trade shows, and represent Demetrios at industry events
Market Presence: Maintain an active presence in your territory through consistent store visits, ensuring retailer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth
Weekend Availability: Be accessible to retail partners on weekends during peak bridal shopping seasons and available to work trunk shows, markets, and in‑store events as needed
Collaboration: Work closely with the National Sales Manager and our Orlando‑based operations, sales, and design teams to communicate market feedback and support business objectives
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, analyze territory performance, and provide regular reporting on account activity and opportunities to the National Sales Manager
What We’re Looking For Required
Experience in wholesale and/or retail bridal industry (sales, store management, or account management roles)
Genuine passion for bridal fashion and the wedding industry
Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with natural relationship‑building abilities
Strong communication and presentation skills
Highly organized and self‑driven with proven ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales tracking, reporting, and data analysis
Flexibility to work and travel on weekends during busy bridal seasons and market dates
Availability to be contacted by retail partners on weekends when needed
Willingness to travel regularly within territory for store visits, trunk shows, and markets (40-60%)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Established relationships with bridal retailers in the assigned territory
Knowledge of bridal fashion trends, designers, and competitive landscape
Experience conducting trunk shows or retail training events
Experience managing sales territories or retail accounts
Social media savvy with understanding of digital marketing in the bridal space
CRM software proficiency
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field (preferred but not required)
