Responsibilities The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for executing the hotel's catering sales strategy.
Plan, coordinate, and service all catering events on the property.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including corporate, social, and association groups.
Develop catering proposals, contracts, and event orders. Respond to client and guest questions.
Ensure that all event specifications are met, including food and beverage, décor, audio visual, and staffing.
Actively prospect new catering business, seeking to make connections and generate revenue.
Other reasonable duties as assigned.
