Over the past 6+ years, we have supported more than 1,000 law firms nationwide across multiple practice areas. Our goal is to help attorneys increase revenue while reducing overhead and staffing challenges. Position Overview

We are hiring a hands‑on Sales Manager to lead and grow our in‑house sales team. This role requires both leadership and closing ability. You will manage sales representatives, improve performance, and personally conduct demos with prospective clients (attorneys and law firm owners). This is not a call‑center management role — you will be directly involved in revenue production. Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives Run daily sales meetings and accountability sessions Conduct sales demos and close new clients Improve scripts, objection handling, and follow‑up processes Work with marketing on lead quality and pipeline Forecast monthly revenue and performance Assist with hiring and onboarding new sales reps Qualifications

3+ years of sales leadership or team lead experience Proven closer (B2B or high‑ticket services preferred) Comfortable speaking with business owners/decision‑makers Experience running demos or consultations CRM experience required (HubSpot preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred: Legal industry, SaaS, or professional services sales experience Why Join Legal Soft
