Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager based in El Paso, TX. The Account Manager will handle the day-to-day management of client accounts, build and maintain strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to deliver additional value. Responsibilities will include coordinating with internal teams to ensure operational success, resolving client-related issues promptly, and preparing and presenting performance reports. Strong account management and relationship-building skills Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities Proficiency in analyzing data and generating reports Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach Familiarity with CRM tools and account management software is a plus Previous experience in account management, sales, or client relations is highly desirable Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
