Responsibilities
Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up and Bath Tune-Up sales process.
Conduct virtual/in‑home consultations.
Make compelling presentations to homeowners.
Demonstrate persistence in sales follow‑up.
Take measurements and create neat diagrams.
Generate outside leads and sales in addition to those provided by the office.
Qualifications
Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine, empathetic listening ability.
Strong negotiation and market positioning skills.
Computer and smartphone proficiency.
Ability to work independently, be highly motivated, dependable, and possess a strong work ethic.
Professional demeanor suitable for working in clients’ homes.
Reliable transportation.
Flexible work hours with possible Saturday appointments.
