Account Manager (Part-time) At ESS our motto is, “Every day counts!” We take opportunities every day to grow and better our company as well as our employees.

OVERVIEW We are a leading provider of full-service staffing and management programs for the K‑12 educational market. We are currently seeking a part‑time Account Manager to serve as the primary representative of ESS within Normandy Schools Collaborative.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Conduct regular, in‑person site‑visits and meetings with ESS clients within Normandy Schools Collaborative.

Serve as point of contact with each client and ESS management in all matters relating to contract and account operations.

Manage and motivate staff, including hiring, firing, disciplinary management, and recognition duties.

Train, direct, and appraise staff.

Make daily schedules for proper manpower utilization.

Develop and implement recruiting efforts for clients, such as job fairs and special hiring events.

Provide exceptional customer service by providing solutions to issues in a professional and empathetic manner.

Other duties as assigned by Regional Manager.

Strong communication skills.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday, 5 hours daily.

Work hours vary between 6:30 am‑4:30 pm.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly stands, walks, sits, uses hands to finger, handle, or feel, reaches with hands and arms, talk or hear.

VISION REQUIREMENTS Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less) to work on the computer.

WORK ENVIRONMENT This position works in an environment with moderate noise level. (Examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic.)
