Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Wholesale Liquor Sales Manager for a full‑time, on‑site role located in Phoenix, AZ. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, managing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, analyzing sales data, and delivering exceptional service to a diverse clientele. Which includes providing leadership, training, and performance management for a team of 10+ sales representatives. The ideal candidate will excel at both strategic sales planning and day‑to‑day execution to support company growth.

Qualifications

Excellent Account Management and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members.

Proven Sales experience with the ability to meet and exceed targets and goals.

Well‑developed Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and identify trends and opportunities.

Proficiency in basic business software (e.g., CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite) and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.

Relevant experience in the beverage or liquor distribution industry is a significant asset.

Demonstrated experience managing, coaching, and developing a sales team of 10 or more representatives

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to unpredictable challenges.
