Account Manager / Territory Sales Manager
to support and grow business within the
DMV area (Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and Central Maryland)
multifamily renovation market. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position ideal for an experienced sales professional with strong cabinet and multifamily industry expertise. What You’ll Do
Manage end-to-end client relationships, including onboarding, ongoing service, account growth, and retention Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets and maintain 3x pipeline coverage with an approximate 30% close rate Conduct clients need assessments, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and support expansions within existing accounts Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours and maintain strong client satisfaction (target 4.5/5 or higher) Partner with Design, Distribution, Customer Success, and accounting teams to ensure successful project execution Conduct site visits and take measurements for cabinets, countertops, appliances, doors, and windows Track sales activity in the CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and use data to drive growth Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and industry events Maintain 100% retention of active accounts Maintain consistent pipeline activity, including 3x coverage and an approximate 30% close rate Identify and execute cross-selling and upselling opportunities What We’re Looking For
Minimum 10 years of cabinet sales experience Minimum 10 years of experience selling to New Construction and/or Multi-Housing industries Proven success in territory sales, account management, or business development Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Experience using measuring tools and interpreting construction or renovation plans Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Willingness to travel throughout the DMV area Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work safely on active construction sites with PPE Base plus commission compensation range: $65,000–$90,000 , based on experience New Business Bonus: 0.5% payout monthly beginning day one $5,000 bonus after 90 days, incorporated into base pay Annual year-end bonus eligibility Monthly car allowance: $700 Health and dental coverage starting the first of the month after 60 days Company-paid life insurance and long-term disability after 60 days Flexible Spending Account (FSA) eligibility after 60 days 401(k) with company match after 90 days Paid Time Off (PTO) and company-paid holidays from start date Career growth and advancement opportunities
