
Our partner, a market leading commercial facility services organization, is looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to own new business development across the southern half of Orange County. This is a pure hunter role built for sales professionals who thrive on urgency, competition, and closing.
Compensation and Benefits Base salary 80,000 + uncapped commission
Top performers earn 200,000 to 300,000
Full medical, dental, and vision benefits included.
What You Will Do
Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close
Prospect daily from the office and conduct weekly face to face meetings
Work a 60 percent field and 40 percent office schedule
Sell facility services to commercial properties 10,000 square feet and above
Target office buildings, schools, churches, dealerships, manufacturing plants, and more
Build a broad, non industry specific pipeline across Southern Orange County
Close recurring revenue deals and immediately move on to the next opportunity
What We Are Looking For
A true hunter mentality with a proven track record
Two to three plus years of successful sales experience
Currently employed and with your current company for at least 18 months
Outside B2B sales experience with 60 to 90 day sales cycles
Fast paced, competitive, and action oriented
Comfortable pushing conversations forward
