Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in golf course maintenance Strong knowledge of turf care practices, irrigation systems, and pest management Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Pesticide applicator license or ability to obtain one within 3 months of hire Experience with budget management and project planning Knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair
