QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in education or a related field
Professional Educator License with the following endorsements:
Bilingual Education Endorsement required, preferably in Spanish
General Administration Endorsement required
English as a New Language (ENL) Endorsement required
Minimum of five (5) years of teaching experience
Proven experience in curriculum design, bilingual education, or culturally responsive pedagogy
Strong knowledge of language acquisition theory, instructional strategies, and assessment practices for all learners
Experience collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement instructional programs
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with technology tools for instruction and data management
Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with families, businesses, and community organizations
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Director of Multilingual Services
SALARY / RATE $140,000 to $150,000 per year based on relevant experience.
