We are strengthening our team and looking for a Level Designer.
What you will work on:
Creating levels.
Improving existing levels based on metrics and player feedback.
Working with player and internal feedback.
Researching competitor games.
What We Expect:
At least 3 years of experience as a Level Designer on casual match-3 projects.
Good understanding of current trends in match-3 level design.
High level of experience playing popular match-3 games.
Ability to analyze and deconstruct competitor levels and game mechanics.
Ability to write clear documentation.
Experience working with a level editor.
Experience with Google Sheets.
Would Be a Plus:
Experience designing difficulty curves.
Experience building match-3 levels with various bonus systems.
Experience working on the beginning of the game (introducing core mechanics).
Mentoring experience and/or experience managing a team of level designers.
