Position Overview HaFSBX is seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial, entry-level Business Development I (BD-1) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a recent or upcoming graduate excited about building relationships, learning markets, and creating new business opportunities.
This is a hands‑on growth role designed to develop future Business Development professionals. You will learn how to analyze territories, identify opportunities, and build meaningful customer connections. Over time, you will take ownership of defined markets while working closely with internal teams to drive new business.
Training will take place in Wisconsin and Minnesota, providing exposure to our operations, products, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Learn how to analyze assigned territories to understand market potential
Support identification and pursuit of new business opportunities
Build relationships with prospective and existing customers
Participate in customer visits and industry events
Conduct market research on customer needs and regional trends
Collaborate with engineering and internal teams on sales efforts
Assist with proposals, presentations, and follow‑ups
Maintain CRM records and track activity
Gradually take ownership of defined markets or territories
Bring a proactive, opportunity‑focused mindset to growing the business

Recent or upcoming graduate with interest in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build opportunities
Interest in territory planning and relationship‑based sales
