Overview A client of Insight Global's is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their growing team. As an Outbound SDR, you’ll be at the forefront of their growth, driving pipeline by booking high-quality meetings with financial advisors and decision-makers across RIAs and broker-dealer networks. This is a purely outbound role where you’ll own the entire top-of-funnel process from sourcing your own leads using tools like Discovery Data, to crafting personalized outreach cadences in Salesloft, to executing 100+ cold calls a day. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects, educating them on their cutting-edge AI assistant that’s purpose-built for financial professionals and designed to meet strict compliance standards. You’ll work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and maintain a high standard of meeting quality. With no rigid territories and evolving metrics, you’ll have the freedom to experiment, iterate, and help shape their outbound strategy. Qualifications

2+ years of relevant sales experience

Proven outbound sales experience (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach)

Experience in the financial services industry

Ability to generate your own leads using tools like Discovery Data, Salesloft, etc.

Familiarity with Salesloft cadences and CRM workflows - Self-starter mindset with tolerance for ambiguity and evolving metrics

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working in a startup environment with limited structure
