
Our client is looking for a
Business Analyst
to support a high-impact initiative focused on transforming
Seismic
from a traditional content repository into a
data-driven content automation platform .
This role sits at the intersection of
business stakeholders, data teams, IT, and Seismic developers , helping drive automated production of client-ready reporting and marketing materials through structured data integrations.

What You’ll Do As a Business Analyst, you will:
Partner with business stakeholders, IT, data teams, and Seismic vendor/development teams to define and document requirements
Support end-to-end development of automated Seismic templates (presentations, reports, marketing decks, etc.)
Gather and translate business requirements into automation logic and data mapping documentation
Analyze current-state materials to identify required data inputs and template structure
Manage and track workstreams via
Azure DevOps (ADO) , including ticket creation and status reporting
Coordinate with QA/UAT teams to support testing, validation, and rollout readiness
Support user enablement, training, and adoption of new Seismic workflows
Become a subject matter expert in Seismic library structure and content automation capabilities
What We’re Looking For
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical audiences
Comfortable working independently and proactively seeking clarity when needed
Able to manage multiple workstreams and cross‑functional dependencies
Fast learner who can ramp quickly in new tools and processes
Seismic

(data generation for templates)
Microsoft Teams / SharePoint
Nice to Have
Prior Seismic or content management system experience
Familiarity with SQL and/or Azure Data Lake
Exposure to financial services reporting data (fund/accounting/performance)
Schedule
9–5 EST
Hybrid 3-4 days per week onsite in Boston office
