The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with prospective clients in order to catalyze business development success. This individual will schedule meetings with prospects in order to understand their needs. Candidate will work through a three-step training program that teaches strong sales habits and skills to eventually transition to an outside sales role.

Responsibilities

Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting

Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads

Consistently hit activity metrics to establish a record of quality lead generation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Previous sales experience not required

Exhibit a positive, optimistic, strong work ethic

Demonstrate strong aptitude with Microsoft Office, focused on Excel, Word, and Outlook

Ability to proactively contact and communicate with customers to generate qualified leads

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
