Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities
You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Required Qualifications
Active driver’s license.
At least 21 years of age.
DOT medical certification.
Documentation of previous employment.
Physical ability to meet job requirements.
High School diploma, GED or military service.
Strong customer service orientation.
Self‑motivation and a drive to work in a team environment.
Positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit.
Compensation A reasonable estimate of total compensation ranges between $45,000 – $90,000 per year, including base salary plus earned commissions. The range accounts for skill sets, experience, training, performance and other factors.
