Responsibilities Serve as a Strategy & Operations professional to prepare and execute operational turnaround programs, integration plans and/or carve‑out plans to shareholder value for clients. Participate in client engagement teams executing Value Creation which support key decision makers in developing and executing their strategies to execute operational turnarounds and secure deal value. Support engagement teams focused on providing operational support, buy‑side and sell‑side services to help Corporate and Private Equity firms, their portfolio companies and corporate companies to create value. Types of projects include operational due diligence, operational turnarounds and operational performance improvement solutions. Advise on all phases and aspects of methodology across integrations, carve‑outs and other transaction engagements. Provide support and advise on transactions in a particular industry (e.g., manufacturing, life sciences, consumer product goods, industrial products, technology, retail, etc.) and in particular functional areas (e.g., Information Technology, Supply Chain, and Finance). Focus on identifying operational performance improvement and value creation. Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Demonstrate in‑depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long‑term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Employment Details Full‑time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related field, plus 5 years of work experience (employer will accept a 3‑ or 4‑year degree). Alternatively, a Master’s degree in the same fields, plus 3 years of work experience.
At least 2 years of experience in operations performance improvement, private equity value creation, business integrations, or carve‑outs including quantitative and qualitative analysis.
At least 1 year of experience with detailed financial modeling and/or operational cost‑reduction analysis.
At least 1 year of experience leading client executive meetings/discussions.
At least 1 year of experience in operational due diligence and/or performance improvement.
At least 1 year of experience applying business accounting concepts, including profit and loss and Excel modeling.
At least 1 year of experience in a consulting, professional services firm, corporate, or private equity firm in mergers & acquisitions.
At least 1 year of experience leading engagement teams of 2 or more staff members.
Travel required up to 80%, of which 20% may be international.

Compensation and Benefits We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary for this role is $195,005 per year. In addition, the total rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time‑off options. Join us in our team‑led and leader‑enabled hybrid model. The expectation is for most people in external, client‑serving roles to work together in person 40‑60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how many days of vacation you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY paid holidays, winter/summer breaks, personal/family care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well‑being.
