Position Objective We are seeking a Senior eCommerce Product Manager ready to lead customer experience optimizations across Chico’s FAS brand websites including Chico’s, WHBM and Soma. The candidate will bring a data and analytics focus with a relentless emphasis on business outcomes, and will skillfully prioritize based on customer benefit. A natural leader with excellent communication and collaboration skills, the candidate will guide stakeholders through business evaluation, prioritization, and execution. The role also includes mentoring and leading junior product managers in the SDLC, testing and the orchestration of prioritization through planning, execution and launch.
Functional Responsibilities
Develop a roadmap for the assigned eCommerce funnel area and provide input on strategic eCommerce and omnichannel business goals.
Manage and lead the test program, driving effective partner engagement and planning cycles that foster a high‑momentum learning and success environment.
Analyze and manage owned area funnel analytics, developing a point of view that drives prioritization and learning.
Partner with analytics on site KPIs and behavioral outcomes, driving and prioritizing future analytics needs to support learning.
Partner with business stakeholders to build trust, maximizing partnership mentality while guiding high‑business‑value prioritization.
Perform competitive and market analysis, keeping a keen eye on market trends, validating and translating them into growth opportunities aligned to business outcomes and strategies.
Manage a current view of technologies related to funnel responsibility, identifying enablers that align with growth opportunities.
Build and manage a backlog, requirements, and acceptance criteria that will drive high‑quality development outcomes.
Partner and lead across the software lifecycle among developers, QA, operations, product managers, merchandisers, brand and marketing teams.
Mentor junior product team members on analytics, product, and planning skills and capabilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required with an emphasis on business, marketing or computer science.
5+ years of Product Management experience; eCommerce/retail experience a must.
Proven success leading eCommerce funnel ownership and a roadmap.
Testing experience using data to form hypotheses and define measures of success.
Strong analytical capabilities with a working knowledge of web analytics tools (Adobe Test & Target, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Contentsquare).
Ability to take ambiguity and create clarity to forge a path forward.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a natural curiosity, ability to pivot and lead others in a fast‑paced environment.
Benefits The wage range for this position is $104,000 to $140,500. Successful candidates’ wage rates will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
