
Title - Continnuous Improvement Manager - Black Belt
Location – Fort Mill, SC OR Burlington, WA
Duration: Full Time Role
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Continnuous Improvement Manager - Black Belt with enterprise-level impact
Certified Black Belt (ASQ or IASSC required)
— not just certification, but proven practitioner
10+ years in Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence
within manufacturing
7+ years working in a mature Lean & Six Sigma culture
Proven experience
leading large-scale, cross-functional projects ($500K+ impact)
Expertise in
Hoshin Kanri, DMAIC, A3, PDCA, and strategy deployment
Strong command of metrics:
OEE, asset utilization, line flow, constraint analysis, RCA
Change agent mindset
with ability to influence, challenge, and drive adoption
Assertive leader with servant leadership approach
and strong stakeholder management
Exposure to
DFSS, Shainin Red X, or Fast X
highly preferred
Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering preferred);
PMP/Prince2 a plus
Must be
willing to relocate to South Carolina or Washington
Core Competencies:
Hoshin or other Strategy Deployment methodology.
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
PDCA, A3, Six Sigma DMAIC methodologies.
