
Mortgage Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Operations Specialist to support our mortgage lending team and ensure a smooth, compliant loan process from application through closing. This role plays a key part in preparing disclosures, reviewing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and members.
Responsibilities
Preparing and processing loan estimates, re-disclosures, and closing disclosures
Reviewing and auditing loan applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
Coordinating with loan originators, title partners, and members to gather required information
Managing and prioritizing a daily loan pipeline to meet deadlines
Addressing compliance alerts and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal policies
Providing administrative and customer service support to the mortgage team
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of experience in mortgage processing, lending, or accounting preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan processing systems
