Position Summary Our Account Executive (AE) role is to drive revenue through proactive outbound sales efforts. An AE is responsible for closing deals, building strong client relationships over the phone and via email, and consistently exceeding quotas. This role is selling services on behalf of clients/ partners, not Jump Crew’s own services.

Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and close new business through phone calls, email outreach, and virtual demos.

Manage a high volume of daily outreach while maintaining a focus on quality conversations.

Build and nurture a pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Develop a deep understanding of our products and effectively communicate value propositions.

Maintain accurate records in CRM, ensuring all activities and opportunities are tracked.

Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and messaging.

Ability to understand client pain points and effectively communicate solutions on behalf of clients.

Consistently achieve or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as calls, meetings, and closed revenue.

Experience Requirements

1–3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a quota‑carrying sales role.

Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Proven track record building pipeline from scratch and creating repeatable, scalable sales processes.

Comfortable managing high outbound activity across multiple channels while representing client objectives.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and closing skills.

Experience working closely with clients to align goals, success metrics, and reporting.

Highly organized and driven by measurable results.

Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

Experience in client‑facing or agency‑style selling preferred

Education Requirements College diploma preferred. High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements Occasionally required to stand, reach, bend, and/or walk during workday. Occasionally exert up to 15 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, type and sit for extended periods of time.

Other Skills

Familiarity with lead generation tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

Background in using data to refine sales approach and improve conversion rates

Previous experience working in a fast‑paced startup or growth environment

Strong business acumen and ability to adapt messaging to different client industries and products.

Experience collaborating with marketing or customer success teams to improve client outcomes
