
Hospice Sales/Business Development Representative
All Care is seeking a Hospice Business Development Rep for our growing team
Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. Come work for one of the largest nonprofit home health agencies in Massachusetts serving the community since 1911!
Position Type: Full Time
Compensation: $45 - $55
Working in an assigned territory, the full‑time Care Transition Coordinator will develop and enhance business relationships for All Care, a provider of home health, palliative, hospice, private pay home care, and adult foster care. Facilitates referrals to Agency by gathering medical and financial data, meeting with patients and families, as well as working with facilities to transition patients to home with services.
Qualifications:
Minimum three years of hospice sales management in a health care setting.
