Key Responsibilities
Assistant designers in all aspects of the design process, from conceptualization to project completion. Conduct research on the latest design trends, materials, and finishes to stay ahead of the curve. Collaborate with the team to develop creative design solutions that meet client expectations. Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts. Assist in sourcing and procurement of furniture, fixtures, and finishes. Maintain the design library, including organizing and updating samples, catalogs, and reference materials. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to request and track samples and materials. Assist with on‑site visits and participate in client meetings to gather project requirements. Support the team in creating and managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation. Assist in managing project files, including digital and physical records. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the team through active participation and idea sharing. Skills
Candidates must have an eye for detail and ability to work well as part of a close‑knit team. Proactive approach to problem‑solving Reliable, accurate, and structured task manager Understanding & experience on the full scope of a project. Curiosity, self‑motivation, and the ability to work within a team are essential Manage multiple projects at once. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design 0-2 years of experience in an interior design or related role. Proficiency in design software such as ArchiCAD or AutoCAD Strong knowledge of current design trends, materials, and finishes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and precision. Self‑motivated with a strong desire for self‑development and continuous learning.
