What You’ll Do
Represent nonprofit partners and engage with the community to drive awareness and donations
Progress through a structured leadership training program (sales, team coordination, recruiting, operations)
Lead and develop teams as you advance into management and director roles
Support expansion into new cities and markets across the U.S.
Training & Growth Path
Phase 1: Charity Ambassador (entry‑level field marketing)
Phase 2: Charity Coordinator (team leadership)
Phase 3: Junior Director (recruiting & operations)
Phase 4: Charity Director (run your own market/office)
Fast‑track promotions available based on performance; full leadership training provided.
Compensation
Guaranteed base pay + uncapped commissions during training
