Commercial Real Estate Acquisitions Associate or Analyst
to join our team. This role offers exposure to both
private equity and credit transactions , providing a broad view of the commercial real estate market.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and underwrite commercial real estate opportunities across office, industrial, retail, and multifamily sectors Conduct market research and due diligence Build financial models and prepare investment memoranda Support senior team members on deal execution and portfolio management
Qualifications:
1–5 years of experience in commercial real estate, investment banking, private equity, or credit Strong analytical, modeling, and Excel skills Detail-oriented and able to work in a collaborative team environment
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be involved in the
full acquisition process
