Overall purpose of role Our Channel Finance & Marketing Manager will have oversight of a $39MM+ budget across the Face-to-Face and ATL/OOH team, including Airline, TAP and Retail segments. This includes acting as a liaison for the team and finance when it comes to reporting and reconciling budgets monthly, future forecasting of expense and invoices and accruals, detailed tracking and reconciliation of expenses, and creation and approval of purchase orders. Additionally, this role will serve as the primary point of contact for marketing leadership when budget questions or discrepancies arise.

Additionally, as time permits, this role assists with the development and execution of various marketing materials and collateral including print, email, web, social and mobile app content working closely with our clients, agency partners and various internal resources. Key Accountabilities The Channel Finance & Marketing Manager is responsible for achieving new account acquisition budget targets, while
maintaining strong partner relationships, reporting accurate budget data across all segments, and ensuring the
channel operates in control.
Key Responsibilities Finance:
Serve as temporary Finance liaison for all Face-to-Face Marketing team budgetary activities. Work with individual budget owners monthly to ensure consistency in processes and accuracy. Partner with individual budget owners to accurately reconcile their budgets monthly and adjust/report forecasts to finance as needed.
Responsible for purchase order creation for agencies and partner as needed across the Face-to-Face Marketing team.
Support full team with logistics such as manage vacation calendar and other tactical items.
Marketing:
Work closely with channel marketing leads on overall management and execution of program/partner collateral and creative.
Assist in the creation, approval and execution of creative assets in a timely, compliant and accurate manner.
Collaboration with partner team members and agencies to develop concepts, tone and copy direction.
Work with key internal stakeholder to secure creative approvals. This includes the Control Office, Marketing, Partnership, Compliance and Legal.
Interact with airline partner contacts for creative approvals.
Enforce timelines to ensure timely and accurate execution of materials.
Manage various project-related tasks as needed, including looking for process improvement opportunities, calendar development/management and the creation of promotion structures.

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
3+ years marketing and/or project management experience required
High School Diploma required
Ability to influence partners, external clients as well as internal colleagues
Ability to travel, as required (10% or less)
Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience in specialized Face-to-Face Marketing space, either on partner or credit card side of the house
Budget management
Ability to multi-task and work well with vendors, partners, other bank colleagues (Legal, Mktg Ops)
Strong Oral and Written communication skills – able to provide clear direction and feedback to achieve business objectives
