
LHH is partnering with one of our global CPG fashion clients to find a TEMP Email Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital and email/sms marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of experience in digital/email marketing within the CPG industry. You will work as an individual contributor but have some collaboration with other marketing and design colleagues as well as outside agencies.
The organization seeks a highly organized individual to join their team for a
TEMPORARY 4-6 month contract . The team operates in a
hybrid
setting out of their
downtown San Francisco
offices, 2-3 days onsite and 2-3 remote. This contract offers a pay range of
$52-$63/hr , depending on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities:
Manage email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting audience lists and analyzing performance metrics. Develop and implement email and sms marketing strategies to promote products and engage with target audience. Collaborate with design and e-commerce teams to align on marketing assets for various campaigns. Work with the creative team to pitch ideas to outside agencies for email marketing strategies. Administer new customer acquisition strategies through targeted email and sms campaigns. Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content and calls to action. Qualifications:
2-3 years experience with email‑marketing Experience working with agencies to pitch ideas Ability to manage several projects simultaneously Clear understanding of new creative marketing techniques to reach GenZ Proficiency with email and sms marketing platforms like Klayvio, Mailchimp or Constant Contact Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems Looking for your next
