Tudor Boutique Brand Manager As the Tudor Boutique Brand Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing the brand strategy for Tudor within our LV Luxury Jewelers portfolio. This role is crucial for building brand awareness, driving sales, and enhancing the overall luxury experience within our boutique. You will work closely with senior management and the retail team to ensure alignment with Tudor's brand values while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the strategic plan for Tudor, aligning with corporate goals to maximize boutique performance and brand presence

Lead the daily operations of the Tudor boutique, ensuring an exceptional customer experience that reflects the brand's luxury positioning

Manage and train the boutique team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand storytelling to effectively showcase Tudor's offerings

Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, providing personalized service and fostering brand loyalty

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, events, and brand activations that elevate the Tudor experience

Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine strategies and improve performance metrics

Represent Tudor at events and industry gatherings, enhancing brand visibility and fostering connections with potential clients and partners

Maintain inventory levels, visual merchandising, and operational standards in accordance with Tudor brand guidelines

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in luxury retail management or brand management, preferably within the watch industry

Strong understanding of the fine watch market and Tudor brand heritage

Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing high-performing teams

Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on relationship building

Outstanding communication and leadership abilities

Proficiency in CRM systems and retail management software

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
