Responsibilities
Salt Lake Behavioral Health is currently seeking a talented Marketing Representative for our various Patient Programs. The Marketing Representative is responsible for developing referral relationships, increasing program visibility, and supporting growth initiatives through strategic outreach and community engagement. This role builds and maintains professional partnerships with hospitals, clinics, mental health providers, and community organizations while promoting facility services and coordinating referral activity. The position serves as a key liaison between the hospital and the community, supporting business development strategy, account management, and brand presence. The key responsibility of this position is to increase census across all hospital service lines.

Qualifications
Education:
A Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration or related field is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. High School Diploma/GED is required.
Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years experience in health care business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results, and a knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles, preferred.
Licensure:
Must have a valid driver's license.
