Role Description
This is a project‑based / flat‑fee role per style, perfect for a designer who enjoys working closely with founders and taking designs from concept to production‑ready. We are looking for an experienced freelance fashion designer to help bring our designs and concepts to life to prepare styles for factory sampling and production. The job will mostly be remote, however, designer should be available to meet in‑person for fittings with the founder. Qualifications
Expertise in Fashion Design, including creating sketches and technical designs Strong skills in Fitting processes to ensure garment quality and wearability Knowledge of Textiles and fabrics, specifically for sleepwear and loungewear Refine design concepts and silhouettes for sleepwear/loungewear styles Create CADs, flats, and detailed tech packs Assist with pattern development and construction details Prepare files and specs for overseas factories Support sampling revisions and fit feedback as needed Attention to detail with creative problem‑solving abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Proficiency in design software Previous experience in the fashion industry is highly desirable
