
We’re looking for a results-driven Ecomm marketplace “growth guru” who is equal parts growth strategist and fast-moving executor. We want a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has bold ideas and can work closely with a killer marketing team and 3 rd party marketplace ad team.
You’ll lead the strategy and execution of marketplace growth initiatives across e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Chewy, Walmart, Grove, TikTok) and our direct to consumer (DTC) channel. This role requires a strong grasp of organic search tactics, Amazon ad strategies, competitive analysis and a love for increasing market share online.
Key Responsibilities
Own revenue growth performance and KPIs across all digital commerce channels.
Drive sell-through, conversion rate, organic and paid performance, and overall efficiencies.
Ensure channels operate smoothly, predictably, and profitably.

Partner with our 3 rd party Amazon ads team and our internal marketing team to grow each channel.
Ensure product detail page’s (PDP) and product listings are accurate, compliant and optimized for increased organic platform traffic.
Manage assortment, pricing execution, bundles, promotions, and offers.
Ensure platform health and compliance.
Own marketplace SEO, TikTok Shop search optimization, and emerging AI SEO.
Manage titles, bullets, descriptions, metadata, categories, attributes, and backend terms while working with 3 rd party vendors to implement improvements.
Monitor rankings, organic performance, and keyword opportunities.
Stay actively informed on competitor activity across marketplaces, DTC, and social commerce.
Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, changes in content strategies, and assortment changes.
Proactively bring relevant insights and recommendations forward that can help drive growth.
Stay current on platform updates, beta programs, policy changes, and new tools.
Evaluate and implement high-impact platform features early when relevant.
Identify and implement AI solutions that improve SEO, content optimization, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Own case work across commerce partners and platforms, including TikTok Shop.
Manage casework through 3 rd party vendor on Amazon.
Reporting & Insights
Own weekly and monthly commerce reporting.
Provide insights, risks, and growth-focused recommendations, not just data.
Highlight emerging trends, competitive shifts, and platform changes.

3+ years in a marketplace growth role, preferably in CPG, pet, or wellness categories.
